Know More On Schizophrenia Symptoms

Schizophrenia which literally means split mind is the condition where the person has paranoid personality. Many people still have this wrong impression that the condition causes split personality. The symptoms of Schizophrenia are different for different people. Person suffering form Schizophrenia will have combination of positive and negative thoughts.

They will experience symptoms like delusions, hallucinations, racing thoughts, disorganized thoughts, inability to concentrate, memory problems, loss of appetite, feeling of being controlled by outside forces, regressive behavior, violence, lack interest in life, social withdrawal, suspiciousness, depression, oversleeping or insomnia, inability to express emotions and strange use of words or way of speaking

Some may hear voices and seems to them real. Their thought process is in total confusion and fail to focus on relevant thought and understand them logically. The situation becomes worse when there are hallucinations and delusions.

People suffering from residual Schizophrenia will not have normal Schizophrenia symptoms. They will lose all interest in life and become emotionless. They will be unconcerned and will have unemotional ans apathetic approach towards looking at things and people.

Schizophrenia is a curable disease but the patients has to cope up with some of the residual symptoms as long as they live.
